Sophon is peer facilitator with the Khmer Peer Café.

Sophon is passionate about peer support and different kinds of peer work such as mentoring and research.  

Since being with DDAlliance, Sophon enjoys meeting with her Khmer peer café every month. Sophon also enjoyed doing the Introduction to Peer Support Training with DDA. She also enjoyed the Peer Mentoring training.

In other parts of her life, Sophon is member of Josephite Companion Bankstown Central Group, and Sophon is the member of the Villawood Alliance Craft Group and her local Villawood Tenancy Association. She also goes to the Villawood Community of Hope Group.

Sophon enjoys gardening, learning new languages, swimming, and singing hymns and Khmer poems.
